Located directly on the St. Johns River in Downtown Jacksonville's Southbank, RI Collective offers a Boutique Waterfront Venue thoughtfully designed for meetings, retreats, weddings, celebrations, and meaningful gatherings.

Natural light fills the venue through six floor-to-ceiling waterfront windows, each approximately 8 feet tall, creating panoramic views of the St. Johns River throughout the day.
A dramatic 14-foot sliding glass door, along with three additional waterfront access doors, allows the venue to open naturally toward the river, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience whenever weather permits.

Our indoor Waterfront Lounge offers comfortable seating with panoramic views of the St. Johns River. Whether enjoyed before Pilates, after Wellness Center Access, or while waiting for a friend, it provides a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the waterfront setting.

Step outside and enjoy one of our two intimate Waterfront Terraces overlooking the St. Johns River. Thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating and tables, these private outdoor spaces are designed for quiet enjoyment and small groups wishing to relax, enjoy conversation, read, journal, or simply experience the beauty of the waterfront.

Rates apply to events up to 70 guests. A $400 fee applies for events between 71–96 guests (venue maximum).
Need more time?
Additional hours beyond your booked block are available at $150/hr (up to 1 additional hour).
Short Sessions
For meetings, shoots, and gatherings under 3 hours.
Monday – Sunday
$300/hr
Short Sessions are billed hourly and are best suited to smaller, shorter bookings — meetings, consultations, and photo or content shoots. For weddings and full events, see rates above.
